Nigeria forward Odion Ighalo. has agreed a two-year-deal with Saudi Pro League side, Al Wehda weeks after his contract expiration with Al Shabab.
The 34-year-old’s arrival was announced on the club’s social media on Tuesday night., with the words:
“A new Eagle in the ranks of the Knights. Welcome Ighalo.”
The former Watford striker has already enjoyed great spells in Saudi Arabia with Al Shabab and Al Hilal winning the League and Kings Cup titles plus representing AFC at two FIFA Club World Cups. No doubt he is a great addition to the Giorgios Dinos Al Wedha SC squad, with his experience and pedigree as a proven goalscorer.
