Nigerian midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi ran the show for Leicester City last night in the second round of the Carabao Cup.
The Foxes were away to Tranmere Rovers, and had to struggle a little bit before getting their first goal. The breakthrough came in the 55th minute, when Ndidi, who had just come off the bench drilled home a shot from inside the Tranmere box.
Playing as an attacking midfielder, Ndidi soon turned provider squaring in a cross for Jamie Vardy to lash onto.
Ndidi now has two goals in the Carabao Cup, scoring in two consecutive games despite an imminent return to Premier League football.
